Where are you based?

I'm based in Richmond, Virginia, but happily ship (fo' free) worldwide.

Do you offer calligraphy?

At this time, I don’t currently offer full invitation calligraphy. This is a skill I’m still developing and prefer to focus on the design and typography details of your suite for the best service possible. I would love to connect you to an excellent provider of this service when we nail down your design, if you're looking for calligraphy.

Do you design for same-sex weddings?

A million times yes!! LGBTQIA+ friendly & always welcome here, no matter how you identify and regardless of how you define your relationship, I'd love to be a part of your wedding day. I'd be honored to take part in your story!

Do you design for elopements?

Absolutely!! If you and your partner are thinking of skipping the fuss and running off to do a private ceremony with just the two of you or a handful of your nearest and dearest, I'd be absolutely honored to design a jaw-dropping announcement or party invite. Pricing is based on Package .03, but I'd be happy to customize your elopement suite package.

How many invitations will I receive?

You'll receive the exact amount as ordered, plus a keepsake and photographer's copy. Suites are priced to include up to 100 suites. Additional suites over 100 are $100 per 10 additional suites.

When do I need to order my invitations?

Consider your RSVP date (typically 4 weeks before the day of the wedding); to have your invites ready to mail, invitation suites should be finalized by 10 weeks before the day of the wedding so that you can mail them 8 weeks prior to the wedding day.

How long will it take to receive our proofs?

Your first round of proofs will be provided to you in the clients-only portal within four weeks of you submitting your forms (aka client homework). The sooner you submit your forms, the sooner I can get to work!

We don't want photos of our invites on social media...

This is your wedding and if you are uncomfortable with photos of your suite being shared on my social media platforms, I will respect that and not post anything without your permission.

How will I know how much postage to buy?

Postage will depend on the weight of your suite, which can vary. However, I provide a postage guide (if needed based on your package) when I send your invites to you so that you know exactly what to do to ensure proper delivery of your invites.

Do you have a payment plan?

Yes, of course. I can split your payments into three installments instead of 50/50. Just let me know if this would suit you.

Can you design my invites and I can print from home or elsewhere?

Sure! This design-only service is $850 and can be done relatively quickly and will include a printing guide for your convenience. For the design-only service, letterpress and metallic foil are not available.

What if I have to cancel or move my booking?

Life is complicated and the unexpected is to be expected. The deposit is non refundable as this helps to protect my business due to turning away all other bookings for your allocated design time. I hope you understand that deposit is insurance for my business to stay afloat in the event of a cancellation.
